This comprehensive guide to safety on farm and ranch operations provides in-depth background information, images, and hands-on activities for teaching youth ages 8 to 18. (Not all activities are for all ages.) Intended for leaders who want to support youth in respecting safety guidelines of all kinds, this book addresses safety basics, tractors, implements, materials handling, operations and the environment, livestock, emergencies, and confined spaces.
