Create an Account
New and returning users to the site will need to create an account. Account users can view previous orders placed in the new system, send messages to our customer service team, track shipments, add shipping addresses, and request tax exempt status. Order information from our previous system will not carry over. If you choose to order as a guest, your ordering and tracking information will not be available to you on the website.
Our website is best viewed on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11 on desktop and Chrome, Firefox and Safari for mobile.
Ordering Information
Users may order via credit card at anytime on our store. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please create your account first and then visit My Account under your name in the top right corner of the screen. Click Request Tax Exemption, fill out the form and attach a valid Ohio tax exempt certificate. Contact our customer service team at 1-800-678-6114 before ordering, so we may place you in the correct tax-exempt customer group.
Troubleshooting—Ohio county offices: If you are having issues ordering, please check if you are able to place an order on another device or browser. Also, some counties report that they must be logged in to the VPN using Cisco in order to complete their order properly. Please contact us if you have further issues. We are happy to help you!
Digital products are available for download after checkout on the order summary page, in your account under Orders, and through the order confirmation email.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Digital orders are non-refundable. Please email extension-pubs@osu.edu with your issue and contact information if you experience any of the following:
- An item is damaged in shipping. We will replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
- You receive the wrong item or quantities. We will send you the correct item.
For Ohio State University Extension county offices ONLY: To make a return for credit, please contact Extension Publishing at extension-pubs@osu.edu. Credit is given only on orders invoiced in the last 120 days and for quantities of five or more per title. Items must be in good condition, currently for sale on the store, and accompanied by an invoice or packing slip.
Shipping
We make every effort to send your order out in a timely manner. During our busy season from January to April, please allow up to two weeks for orders to be delivered. UPS Next Day Air Saver delivers on the next business day (no weekends) between 3 and 4:30 p.m. for commercial addresses and end of business day for residential addresses. Orders must be received by 1 p.m. to be shipped that same day. Next Day Air Saver shipments mailed on Friday will be received on Monday.

Privacy Policy
The information you provide is only used by Ohio State University Extension to contact you about your order, and will only be used by Ohio State University employees with specific jobs related to the processing of your order. We never sell information about our customers to outside parties and sensitive financial information is never stored in our systems.
